Shipping and Returns
Shipping take only 2-3 business days excluding weekends and holidays. All packages will be sent using USPS Priority mail at no additional cost
Your satisfaction is what we strive for. We offer a comprehensive return policy to you. Before you want to return goods, first please contact us to discuss the problem you are having. Most of the time we can solve the problem by giving technical support and you won't need to send anything back. If there are irremediable defects with the goods, you can return them back to us for repair or replacement.
Non-quality Problems
In 2 days (from the date
products were received), if you find the products you choose are not
satisfying you in terms of color or size, it can be returned and
replaced under the following condition. You need to send back to us the
products in its original package intactly (you will pay the shipping fees). The
products should have not been used (not even for tryout). When we receive the
products sent back , we will replace it with new ones and ship
them back to you. The shipping fees for the replaced products that we
ship to you should also be charged . Before sending the items for
replacement, please transfer,the supplementary shipping cost for
turning back the replaced items from us first. As soon as the payment
completed, will we replace the items sent from you.
Quality Problems
In 7 days (from the date
products were received), if you find the products with quality problems
(Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage), it can be
returned for repair and replaced. You need to send back to us the
products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we
receive the products sent back, we will replace it with new
ones and ship them back to you again. The purchased products will not
be repaired, replaced nor returned for free if its quality problems are
caused be human factors or avoidable damage.
